We are so pleased that Michael Knapp completed his London to Cambridge Bike Ride, in a time of 4 hours and 20 minutes. He returned to Bridges for a heroes welcome, and a cooling juice. He needed a boost of energy to get him home, another 5 miles for him to cycle home! He's thrilled to say that to date his efforts raised £350 for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Thanks to all who supported him.

On Sunday 27th July, Michael Knapp will be cycling in the London to Cambridge bike ride and Bridges is proud to support him. He is thrilled to be taking up this challenge, as only a few months ago, it was uncertain whether he would be able to pedal a bike again following a nasty knee injury. He's had endless operations and months of medication, but he was determined to get the knee moving again. Cycling and swimming have been great, as they have not put too much weight on the knee, and has enabled him to improve his fitness. Here is his Just Giving page if you would like to show your support. All monies are going to Breakthrough Breast Cancer. http://www.justgiving.com/M-Knapp He really would appreciate your support, as this is a real milestone for him on his road to recovery.
